About BJMPSM
Established in 1950, the Bharuch Jilla Muslim Patel Sahayak Mandal (BJMPSM), Ahmedabad is a representative body of Muslim Patel families who settled here in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar from various villages of Bharuch and Vadodara districts. The prime aim of the Mandal is to establish coordination and brotherhood amongst all families residing here and thereby to help each other.

At present, the Mandal is carrying out following activities every year.
- To run a Musafarkhana on no profit no loss basis for the members of the Patel Samaj.
- To run a student hostel.
- Started collecting and building “Education Fund” to help and sponsor meritorious students.
- Distribution of awards to meritorious students.
- Started SMS facility to convey all important messages specifically the message of Death.
- Started collecting “Zakat Fund” to help needy widows of our Samaj. We expect to extend it to patients of serious ailments and under treatment.
